Pros

I worked here from 2010-2016 - Left for 1 year and returned in 2017. As long as I am employed by a company, this one is my choice. The opportunities within this company are endless. Integrity Staffing Solutions is an innovative staffing solutions provider that is focused on their associates success. The integrity and support that is displayed from our CEO down- is unmatched in today's marketplace. Our leadership staff keeps us current with the state of the business, our plans over the horizon, and opens the floor for suggestions and questions from all employees. You truly feel like family here, a valued part of "1ntegrity." (One Integrity) All while getting the opportunity to help many others find their dream jobs, or long term careers. The benefits are great, work/life balance is great, culture is very positive and uplifting. We even have an internal social media platform to publicly thank our teammates for their help, and acknowledge them for displaying our core values! The vision of the company is exciting! Buckle down, it's going to continue to be an exciting ride for Integrity Staffing Solutions over the horizon!

Cons

I can not think of any downsides of working here. Everyone is bound to have a bad day, no matter where you work, but in the grand scheme of things, there are no cons here!

You pay them to work for them and they won't even give you a reference after you leave. No employee appreciation. No paid time off or vacation days.

Advice to Management

Why have HR people working at the companies if they can't even keep the files staight.

Does Integrity Staffing Solutions offer dental insurance?

Pros

Great Job to build your resume by gaining the experience in the office , laid back atmosphere but definitely have deadlines to meet, great hours and also offers temporary health and dental benefits that start the first 8 hours you work

Cons

Only a temporary job, Sometimes you do the managers job for them, clients being upset because you as a placement specialist stretch out the truth to get them on order, doesn't give you a heads up when you get laid off, Upper management looks at you as another person. The management will lie when you ask if your getting laid off , there is no transparency at all

Advice to Management

My managers were awesome they were very helped and always quick to encourage you to do your best but I feel like their just needs to be more transparent not only to their employees but their clients . Also the long stretched out training on the first few days you start is unnecessary, instead of having people watch slideshows on how to interview just train them psychically obviously for the laws and regulation you need . Also the higher up (not the manager at this site but the ones they report to) made people feel like we wern't valuable to the company when we got laid off cause their was no notice and then limited jobs at amazon when they should of accommodated their office workers Other than that i really enjoyed working at Integrity's office
