What are perks and other benefits like at Intelligent Automation?

Pros

Excellent Benefits, flexible Schedule, great work/life balance, CEO is very amazing, hardworking and personable. I've been with the company for almost 4 years and didn't have any bad experiances at all. The management team is very helpful and goes out of their way to help out their colleagues. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Does Intelligent Automation offer family leave?

Pros

Tons of interesting research in a dozen areas Friendly coworkers, positive management Flexible hours, excellent benefits Strong and well done response to COVID-pandemic with a smooth transition to WFH You will never be bored Strong culture and values, even providing non-standard benefits such as paternity leave

Cons

You will almost inevitably work more than 40 hours, typically 45-50. There’s a little bit of disorganization as they grow from a small company to a medium company. You have to be able to function with minimal supervision. Career growth appears to be weighted toward the amount of time you’ve been with the company, uses time-based promotion tracks. You have to be able to say no to extra work, because there’s always more.

Advice to Management

Focus on maintaining the work culture that we have as we grow, we don’t want to lose it.
