Pros

Decent pay. Pretty cool technology with the floor robots. Meet some really nice people ( coworkers). I still keep in touch with them. If you love to travel this company is for you.

Cons

Before I accepted position, I made clear to management that I would not be able to travel outside of my state of residence. In addition, their job post was for the So Cali area and it did not indicate extensive travel. Recruiter even said I would be supporting the LBC facility and surrounding areas of So Cal. Very misleading. So management agreed and said I would be working in my geographical region of So Cali. However they did not keep their agreement and wanted me to travel extensively for 2 to 3 weeks at a time to other states. So beware of bait and switch.

Recruiter even said I would be supporting the LBC facility and surrounding areas of So Cal.
