Does J127 Education Foundation offer tuition reimbursement?

Pros

Director of the school itself is very caring towards the staff, parents and children become very close treating teachers like family and really show their appreciation including hosting luncheons throughout the years.

Cons

A mess. The Meritt Academy or J127 is run by a family and Appletree is treated like the red headed step child with worse food quality compared to the main school and less resources. Most teachers are older, set in their ways, and very cliquey, spending the majority of their day gossiping. Pay is also very bad for a private school that gets a ton of money from tuition. Appletree is part of a foundation that is rumored to be shady in the finance department and raises each year are less than 1k to your base. You also have to work a lot outside of school and your schedule changes each day requiring teachers to take turns staying until 5 or 6 pm one day a week. There was rarely any time off, having to work under any circumstance, unless you’re a mother with children.

Advice to Management

Treat everyone equal and pay employees more for their hard work.

Pay is also very bad for a private school that gets a ton of money from tuition.
