Cons
Back office role consists of operations and other regulatory process improvement tasks. Non existent mobility. Recruiters go as far as saying you cannot even qualify to work the same job in one of the other locations that support these roles.

Chase has great leaders who are committed to driving a culture of diversity and inclusion. I have appreciated the hybrid work flexibility and their medical benefits are outstanding!
Cons
Their base salaries are not necessarily competitive with the rest of the industry.

Great working environment for project management teams, increasing push throughout all of the company to promote diversity and inclusion, stable executive leadership, name recognition. Work life balance great since WFH due to the pandemic.
Cons
Pay rate for experienced workers is falling well behind the industry standard which is causing a massive exodus, promotion criteria more confusing than before and not nearly as transparent as it is portrayed to be. Strong push to return to office due to real estate pricing reasons rather than productivity reasons.
