      The pace is very relaxed if you enjoy that, the people are, generally speaking, nice, and if you are just starting out there is a lot to learn here about CNC programming and manufacturing in general.

      The pay is lower here than it would be at other similar companies. Typically techs start around $25/hr. Sometimes, for several months at a time, overtime will be cut due to a decrease in parts being ordered by the customer.
