How is management perceived at Jet Pet Resort?

Is Jet Pet Resort a good company to work for?
Pros
Working with different dogs are better than the employees
Cons
The lives of the dogs here are better than the employees. They get better treatment than we do, eat better than we do, and relax better than we do. This job position basically handles everything that happens in here, and that's too much for one person.
Advice to Management
Decrease the workload and increase the pay.
