Pros

You are given the chance to choose your schedule from time to time

Cons

The organization lacks real leaders that can lead the people and the entire company. The system was well planned and so the business thrives despite the lack of leadership skills of the manager.

Advice to Management

Get real leaders with the proper skills. The business may be a success at this time, but it won't be long if the same kind of people will be looking after the business,

Pros

Satisfaction of helping many pet owners.

Cons

Management showed favoritism towards certain staff and had poor response to complaints in the work place. People are not treated fairly or respected. There is also a lot of back talk and venomous gossip. As an entry level employee, you'll get little to no professional development or training. It is a growing business, but not many people will last due to the toxic culture created from the higher ups.

Pros

• As a animal lover it really doesn’t even feel like work for the most part to be able to go in and cuddle with some four legged friends during your shift! • Having worked with the lead pet specialists from 3 of Jet Pets locations it’s clear the quality of the team that has been built by management. It’s always easy to communicate ideas and go to them with any questions or problems. • There is always a positive and happy atmosphere in the building so a bad day is very scarce! •All staff members have such an obvious love for the animals that walk through the door everyday.

Cons

You end up getting very attached to the dogs and just want to take them all home with you!!

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re all doing and the staff will remain happy and continually improve & the animals will remain loved and cared for!!

Pros

The pets are just adorable. I am a 100 percent animal lover!

Cons

Most employees feel demoralized and demotivated from the work you are asked to do when it isn't what you signed up for. Their reasoning is, if you won't do it, who else will? You have to have a strong attitude and personality to survive this place. No matter how much you love animals, the pople gets you down. Even the animals feel the negative energy here.

Advice to Management

Hire someone who is willing to do all the dirty work instead of bullying the staff to do them when it is not a part of their job.

You have to have a strong attitude and personality to survive this place.
