Pros
It's fun working with pets and their owners.
Cons
However, that's the only fun thing a bout working here. Management is filled with terrible people who do not care about the employees. The work environment is stressful at time because of the incompetent managers.

Pros
I love working with pet owners and help them take good care of their pets.
Cons
It wasn't a good place to work because of terrible management. Employees here are not appreciated and their efforts and not recognized. A very tiring day plus nagging manager is a perfect combination for burnout and demotivation.
Advice to Management
Treat your employees better. Motivate them by recognizing the hard work that they do for the company.

Pros

Cons
Corrupt corporate leadership of Craig Pollack who sweeps things under the rug. Rampant favoritism. You won't get promoted unless you're friends with management. The gossip-filled environment was so childish and beneath me, I can't believe I stayed longer than ten minutes. Overall, it is a toxic environment that could care less about you.

Pros
You are given the chance to choose your schedule from time to time
Cons
The organization lacks real leaders that can lead the people and the entire company. The system was well planned and so the business thrives despite the lack of leadership skills of the manager.
Advice to Management
Get real leaders with the proper skills. The business may be a success at this time, but it won't be long if the same kind of people will be looking after the business,
