What is paid time off like at Jewish Community Services?

Pros

Lots of PTO, that is all!

Cons

Management, Political Executive Upper Management, They pay very little $ for professional employees. PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! The Executive Director makes $225,000 and the previous Executive Director made $300,000 per year. Yet the employees in the special needs department made slightly over minimum wage. Many of the management staff are RUDE AS HELL. AGAIN - PLEASE DO NOT EVER APPLY TO THIS AGENCY !! They are definitely sexist, as 85+% of the employees are female and they just do not know how to listen to their employees!!!! DO NOT APPLY HERE !!! When some employees leave - they have actually asked them to leave through the back door so others would not see them leave - as they (The agency knew they were wrong in their decision) let them go. An ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AGENCY to work for.

Advice to Management

Speak to your employees! Listen to them - Stop being so stuck up !!!! Tell your department management to stop using religious jokes to others. It is in your handbook - and yet you DO NOTHING WHEN THEY DO.

Lots of PTO, that is all!
