I've been working at Jobsity for over 1 year now and I have to say, it's been a wonderful experience. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is how seriously they take their values. From the very beginning of my time here, it was clear that Jobsity leadership cares deeply about their mission and they work hard to spread their values around. Another great thing about this company alongside salaries paid in USD is the benefits. They offer a range of benefits that really make a difference, when working as a contractor. From paid vacations to learning programs reimbursement, they invest in their people. But perhaps what I value most about working here is the culture of respect. Everyone here treats each other with friendliness and professionalism. There's a real sense of teamwork and collaboration that makes coming to work (remotely) something you enjoy.

More frequent in-person meetings could be a great addition, but great work environment overall.
