What is working from home like at Jobsity?

- USD salary for LATAM workers - Work from home - Good work life balance, low stress environment (might depend on which client you're working on) - Opportunity to work with big companies based in the US/Canada
- No career growth perspective - They only offer salary increase when you have an offer from other company - After you're working with a client you don't really feel like you're part of the Jobsity team (lack of a company culture as your day to day is mostly with the client company) - They salary is below what is paid for workers in the US, so you need to really negotiate during the offer phase of the interview process - When you're working with the client sometimes it doesn't feel like you're a real employee of them like the other regular employees, which might be demotivating. For example, Jobsity contractors are not invited to some meetings or company wide events . - No benefits other than the USD salary
Advice to Management
Try to create a company culture that workers can feel during their day to day and make them feel like they are also part of Jobsity, not only of their current client staff augmentation team. The CEO talk is a good initiative on paper, but on real life it didn't help me to feel more like a part of Jobsity team. Create some swag for the tech team like notebook, t-shirt, etc. to help us feel like we belong to the Jobsity team. Make sure that workers at the same client from Jobsity get to know each other, this might help them feel more like part of a team. Also to create some events for Jobsity workers with the same job role but at different clients to get together and feel more like a team.
