Pros

- Huge client roster with some of the biggest clients in the industry - A wide range of talented designers on the floor - Dog-friendly office

Cons

- The lack of diversity is embarrassing - especially in 2020 - All white leadership comprised of people who have little experience working elsewhere and therefore don't have the necessary industry experience to make truly great or impactful work - Having three conference rooms in the entire agency shows poor planning, an inability to adapt, and lack of foresight - Most Account Directors don't have enough experience to oversee the portfolios or individuals they are currently managing - The blatant racism is a problem that needs to be dealt with immediately. I've heard individuals mock POC's accents and perpetuate racist stereotypes with zero consequences on several different occasions - Late, late night where people more often than not leave the office around 11PM

Advice to Management

- If you're attempting to diversify your skillset as an agency, make sure you properly train your employees - Open and honest communication on progress is a must - Invest in your office space. There shouldn't be 5 different teams fighting to hold meetings in the maternity room.... - Train your Account Directors to lead with confidence backed up by actual work experience rather than having them lead with ego and ignorance

The blatant racism is a problem that needs to be dealt with immediately.
