Clique high school culture.

Advice to Management

Your organization is too top-heavy and full of people who have no idea what they are doing. If you want to create great things, you need people to produce them. Managers just have 10 meetings every day. When do they get any actual work done? Shake it up, bring in new, experienced hires. Actively review employees who are making their goals. Listen to their needs and wants. Just don't do an employee survey every year and ignore it. Stop promoting the same people. Promote and hire more women. Spend some money on creating new technology and strategy or you are going to fold.
