Pros
I wish there were any pros left
Cons
Sharing some fun facts below: • Highest percentage figure of the organization: 85% Attrition Rate • Fav employees of the organization: the ones without brain and speech • Eligibility criteria for promotion: Just two words, “Yes sir”, “Ok sir”. • Chief Everything Officer is the new term for micro-management. This officer is interested in managing housekeeping issues than talking with the clients. • Schemes of leaving the organization: o Resign and wait – get early relieve bonus o Take leaves – Get forced resignation and 3 salary bonus for leaving o Resign, be honest and request early relieve – become enemy of the organization • Weekly and monthly hit list of employees was prepared by a committee chaired by CEO and some highly unqualified heads. • Biggest irony: ITES industry chaired by Chemical worker assisted by non-techy masterji trying to improve world’s AI segment without even knowing the definition of IT culture. 🤣 • Board is blind eyes for everything.
Advice to Management
1. Get educated 2. Learn about the industry and market 3. Be professional 4. Clients and employees are important than housekeeping. 5. Empower employees and listen to them rather than just licking each other 6. Stay true on your words

Pros
I have worked for this company for two years before they removed the Canadian marketplace workers. The best part of it was the flexibility of the hours.
Cons
The communication between HR and you would take forever. There were periods where it would take weeks to get work, and when they would be released, the hits would all be taken. If you did poorly in these projects, they would send you to do a lot of unpaid training.
Advice to Management
Bring back incentives and group calls.
