Does Kasasa offer unlimited time off?

Pros

- smart people - good snacks - unlimited PTO

Cons

- Lies are rampant - CEO needs to go - culture is a joke - if you believe it, you haven't seen behind the curtain - keep building products that don't work

Advice to Management

Get rid of some Executives. They have polluted the place and rely on the Patch Values to keep people in line. Some, not all, execs don't follow them and have little regard for anything other than money.

Pros

Interdependence to get your job done as you see fit. Benefits are great. Company culture is exactly what you want

Lots of layoffs even before COVID. Pay is lower than market

Pros

CEO is visionary, exceptional communicator, sometimes humorously nerdy, and outstanding servant and inclusive leader.

Cons

Banking can be just plain boring at times.

Advice to Management

full time remote works well. Only need to visit office is for breakfast tacos.
