Pros

Everyone at Kayne is very smart and hardworking. Benefits are amazing. New CEO that will hopefully turn things around.

Cons

Employee development is non-existent and upward mobility is tough. Definitely a company where you have toot your own horn. Pay compensation depends on how much you’re liked vs how much you produced and added value to the firm.

Advice to Management

Work on improving the company culture, a simple anonymous questionnaire would empower employees to really share their thoughts and views on their departments and the firm overall.
