How was the interview at Kearney?

Pros

Facilities and ambience are good

Cons

I suggest dont go even for interview bec some internal team member will talk to you rudely at the time of interview, They behave like they are king of there feild and you are nothing for them. and most importantly of you want even a single day leave you have to ask direct to Director and the director is such a "DICTATOR" they play full politics with you you do anything for the firm but if they dont like you, they will not going to treat you good... One more thing IF YOU WANT TO APPLY for a CL they will not allow you to do that instead of that they force you mark PL and you already know why they willing you to do that....."DIRTY POLITICS" So please think before going there.

Advice to Management

There should be some Hierarchy of control if a junior level employ wants a leave he/she has to approach to the team leader not direct to "DICTATOR"

I suggest dont go even for interview bec some internal team member will talk to you rudely at the time of interview, They behave like they are king of there feild and you are nothing for them.

What is the hiring process like at Kearney?

Pros

- Salary above the industry average - Good perks - Quite a friendly environment, no politics

Cons

- The candidate pool is poor, but the hiring process is even worse. At the same time, the firm is unable to fire its people. This leads to the concentration of incompetent people being above the industry average. Applies to juniors as well as managers. - Not very challenging or competitive environment, flat learning curve

Last week, our Latino and Hispanic Network met in Miami for a 2022 All Hands event. Colleagues from the network and allied diversity networks joined us to reconnect and reenergize. We were proud to also host two guests from our Kearney alumni family. Thank you to Farrukh Bezar, SVP and CSO at CSX and Marcos Peralta, SVP at Mastercard for sharing your Kearney histories, and how #consulting and being #Latino shaped your careers.
