Does Kimberly-Clark offer family leave?

Pros

Good benefits, good people, lots of room for engagement, lots of automation

Cons

Pay structure was frozen with new employees starting on a different pay scale with much less money then existing workers. Employees doing the same job with way less pay. Shifts were 12 hours

Advice to Management

Keep engaging the workforce, recognize the value of paying for a quality workforce
