Listen to your employees. I reported a teacher verbally and through written reports on numerous occasions only to be released at the end of my second year contract and the teacher who had been reported for abusing children on numerous occasions was renewed and promoted to a full time staff member.

How is management perceived at Kinder Kids International School?
Pros
The best part of working here is and always will be, the kids. Due to the full immersion aspect of the curriculum, the kids are able to speak at a near fluent level at a very young age. You will be a teacher, not just an English teacher, on any given day, you might have a discussion about Dinosaurs, teach the kids to paint a picture, lead a journal lesson, and go to the park to play. The company continues to try and develop new curriculum, so things will change from year to year (this could be a positive or negative, I for one like this, so I will consider it a positive). Due to there being several types of managerial positions within the company, you have the avenue to build a career for yourself. There are positions in school management, HR, and even curriculum editing and development.
Cons
This job is not one where you can just collect a paycheck. You are responsible for the children in your care, and expected to keep them safe and engaged throughout the day. While the day flies by fast, you will leave tired, and ready to sleep. When you start out, it will be tough to leave on time, and you will find yourself with a lot of work to do at the end of the day, and in some cases, might need to stay a bit later to complete it. Once you get through the first year, you have a better grasp on your workload, and are able to get a bit of balance back.
