Pros

Trainings and growth opportunities. Motivational perks, good pay, bonus, good benefits. Great Management and team. Refreshment programs (like outdoor activities - biking hiking, movies, parties.......). Its been a year as full time software developer consultant at Kitestring Technical services and I think Kitestring is the best employer compared to all my previous employers (4 companies). What is health insurance like at Kitestring Technical Services?

Pros

- Excellent employee benefits including 8% 401k matching and great insurance coverage. - Lovely co-workers - A casual environment where you are trusted to do your job efficiently - A culture where the goal is to do right by employees and treat clients fairly (very refreshing to see) - Excellent salaries - Great work/life balance

Pros

- Pays very well compared to the local market. - Benefits are very good too! its nice to have unlimited PTO! I was able to go home and visit my family last year!

Benefits don't kick in right away but normal. I was with a Fortune 500 company before Kitestring and they did the same. I used COBRA to cover my insurance for two months until their insurance kicked in.

Does Kitestring Technical Services offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

You won't find better or more caring management anywhere. The pay and benefits are outstanding. They offer an 8% 401K and hassle-free auto-deduction for an array of opt-in insurance policies. Starting in 2019, I believe they now offer HSAs. They actively try to take care of their employees, and it shows.

Cons

Some employees, particularly those on work visas, are uneasy about the job instability of contract work. I know firsthand that Kitestring does everything in its power to insure constant employment, but the stress of potential downsizing can weigh on one's mind.

in insurance policies.
