The customer service agents and some of the managers are nice people.

Barely get paid minimum wage (if you get the bonus) A coronavirus disaster waiting to happen (“don’t worry, Berlin is at low risk”) No benefits other than health insurance, which is mandatory Terrible environment in general Head office in Stockholm does not listen too are care about it’s employees outside of Sweden Company not as smoooth as it thinks it is You feel feel horrible helping this bank put people in debt

Advice to Management

Pay your employees more (much more) if you want to keep them. This is such stressful and demanding work for such very low pay. Visit your offices around the globe and think to yourself if you would feel comfortable working in that office. The environment and amenities for these offices are so depressing and unwelcoming. Allow employees to work from home instead of inside of an office with hundreds of people talking around you. These conditions make the work that much more stressful. In addition, it’s difficult to stay healthy as someone is always sick, which creates an ongoing cycle of flu symptoms throughout the office. I’m 100 positive someone or many will get the coronavirus here at some point.
