Does Kraft Heinz Company offer massages?

Pros

- large company that provides opportunities to try out different areas and move around in your career - Small group of 40 interns that you interact with often through case studies (every other week you work on a study from one function in the program [i.e. R&D, marketing, sales, etc.]) - University Relations really listens to where you want to be placed and does their absolute best to put you in a position you love if you communicate it with them when the time is right! (they ask you to pref your role later in the school year around February) - Management is supportive and everyone wants to help you grow and be successful - Work until you get your work done, no logging of hours required

Cons

- Did not give a housing stipend during COVID or help with WiFi, free meals occasionally, or other perks - Could have had fewer intern specific meetings (about 2 a week and all were required which was a downside for me) - Gave intern assignments/locations 2 weeks before which made planning difficult

Does Kraft Heinz Company offer family leave?

Pros

I have worked for Kraft Heinz for nearly 3 years and have found them to be an excellent company to work for. I have been given the freedom to create a vision for my role and my team and carry it out with the guidance and full support of my boss. The culture encourages you to dream big, think outside the square and get things done. Sometimes you will be successful, sometimes you will fail - but as long as you take ownership, understand what went wrong and make a plan for the future there are no negative repercussions. It is an excellent landscape to learn a lot and develop your career without being micro-managed. The company is full of diversity in gender and culture - and as a female I have always felt respected and that my career options are limitless (no glass ceiling and no "boy's club" here). The company has also been really understanding and flexible with maternity leave and part-time hours during the transition back to work, without me ever feeling like it would jeopardise my career. If you're ready to work hard and develop your career this is the place for you!

Cons

Kraft Heinz is a really large multi-national company, so there are times when you can get weighed down by the processes and procedures in place to get things done. However, I've always found that people are willing to help you navigate what needs to be done. People also work really hard here - it's more the mindset of the type of people they recruit (hard working, high achievers, striving for excellence, taking ownership) rather than an expectation. Some might see that as a negative if they're not of the same mindset.
