Q: What is working from home like at Kura?

The engagement of the staff, the support and time put into each individual, the pay is excellent for a contact centre, additional annual leave, loyalty and performance bonus are outstanding, overtime inventives such as time and a half and double time over the Christmas period and great that you can work from home if concerned about health and so many opportunities to progress within the business. I feel work life balance is good as the rota works over a 5 week period where you would only work 2 in 5 Saturdays and be finished by 2 so still have most of the weekend to do what you would like. Read More
