Pros
-meaningful relationships, creating lifelong friendships -learning life skills -growing as a person, learning about intellectual disabilities, becoming responsible, -entry level job
Cons
-burnout -high turnover -stagnant/monotone routine life -low chances of moving upwards -not enough growth opportunities depending on previous employment -no night life/ no clear boundaries on work life balance.
Advice to Management
Low to no chances of moving upwards due to no turnover in management, resulting in high turnover rates for assistants. Management are not skilled at their jobs.
