Does L3Harris offer a stock purchase plan?

Pros

Excellent sick leave/vacation policy. Honest adherence to the company Code of Conduct and values makes for a mostly positive work environment. Known for promoting from within and developing employees across roles within the company.

Cons

We have limited employee benefits, and there is no bonus structure, employee stock purchase plan, or similar below Director level. Compensation relative to responsibilities is not competitive compared to other aerospace-defense sector companies, and there is a severe brain drain due to employees leaving for higher pay with competitors. Compensation issues have created a perception among some military veteran employees that their work ethic and love of the job are being taken advantage of.

Advice to Management

Stem the tide of the brain drain by rewarding talented employees with better compensation. Current employees have little to no incentive to work harder when numerous jobs are available at higher pay with similar roles and responsibilities.

We have limited employee benefits, and there is no bonus structure, employee stock purchase plan, or similar below Director level.

What are other benefits and incentives like at L3Harris?

Pros

I like the matrix organization, many people do not like it, but it gives options which would not be available in line organizations. They have good benefits, relatively good pay and it is easy to move around the company. All the programs I've been in have been exciting and fun. At my level I'm allowed to do my job without much supervision and as long as I provide timely positive results, I'm left alone and do my job.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive for the area. You can get into some bad projects where leadership is lacking.

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to pay, you are losing many good employees to other firms offering more money and better benefits.

They have good benefits, relatively good pay and it is easy to move around the company.

Does L3Harris offer a yearly bonus?

Pros

Flexible hours. Thats it. low salaries, company gets less and less contracts because management takes all the money for themselves. Engineers havent been able to get white boards for a year, new hires dont have computers, and all so the CEO could give himself a 60 million dollar bonus for merely doing his job?

Cons

the CEO cuts benefits every year, approves 2% raise for employees and denies paying the bonus at the end of the year,. Then, gives himself a 15 million salary plus 60+ million dollar bonuses. I wish someone put a stop to it, but of course he pays off all directors to stop them from firing him. This is stealing! stealing from the employees
