Pros
I have worked at L3Harris over four years and I still love working at L3Harris. The reasons why: - Great corporate culture (wonderful management, great co-workers). - Great work/life balance. - Great benefits ( 9/80 work week where employees receive every other Friday off, competitive medical and retirement benefit plants, free fruit for employees and bagel/muffin days every Thursday).

I have not experienced any cons during my four-plus years working at L3Harris.
