>No hike even after completion of n number of years >If you ask for hike, management behaves as if they are doing huge favor on you while they are making money solely based on the work done by you at the client side >System does not allow employees to take even 1 day of sick leave without attaching doctor's prescription >They do not provide any benefits which employees of other indian IT compaines like infosys,TCS etc get in australia such as paid maternity and paternity leave >Lower salary packages as compared to other companies
