Does Langland offer massages?

Pros

I have worked at Langland for just over a year and it is a great place to work! I felt welcome from day one and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The work environment is really great, lovely offices with cool spaces for meetings and lovely views over Windsor. An in-house barista provides free coffee with a smile at the coffee kiosk and there are lots of lovely perks for employees including free massages, Friday breakfast and fruit baskets as well as end-of-week cocktail specials and drinks! At Langland, I have felt supported by my manager and my team especially regarding my need for flexible working hours to fit around my family commitments. I feel proud to work for such a great agency with great people across every department who truly strive to make a positive difference in people's lives through the great work that they do. The agency's location is very central and near Windsor's two train stations making travelling to and from London easy as well as having a great choice of shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep!

Cons

None, I love my job!

Some of the best people I've ever worked with

Long hours with senior management refusing to find new hires An obsession with their past greatness and an inability to move forward No vision for the future Senior leadership is ineffective, barring a few people No atmosphere Not a meritocracy, favouritism and nepotism are rife

Advice to Management

Really consider who you have working for you and reward those who deserve it. Grow in the direction you need to be, not living in the past and playing catch-up

What are co-workers like at Langland?

Pros

- Interview was brilliant, very relaxed and unorthodox - Can anybody name a company that gives you tea, coffee, or FOOD at the interview stage? Hence unorthodox. - The people are very happy and friendly bunch, its a good feeling when the interviewers are smiling and enjoying themselves. - 2 stage interview, 1st stage 1-2-1 and 2nd stage is when they feed you and more in depth interviews. - 2nd stage was very relaxed and you have a general chat with all the managers. Literally a general chat about anything. - Reply was given within a week (I think maybe 2 weeks latest). - Loving every minute so far at work. - Literally right next to the castle, like it's your neighbour.

Cons

- Parking, parking, parking. Wish they had their own parking. Literally becoming parking detective, but this is more an invoconvenience rather than a con (saying all of this on my second day on the job). - Nothing else. Seriously.

Advice to Management

Would have been 5 stars if there was parking, otherwise I wouldnt correct this place in any way.

- The people are very happy and friendly bunch, its a good feeling when the interviewers are smiling and enjoying themselves.
