How are promotions handled at LatentView Analytics?

Pros

1. Peace of mind and stability if you forget about career growth.

Cons

1. Lack of leadership and ownership by top management. 2. Management tend to be unprofessional with clients and employees. 3. No career growth. I dont know what is up with lack of promotions and bonuses. Bottom line: I can echo most of the other reviews in US post the CEO change.

Advice to Management

I hope they understand that onshore is important for the business and employees make business possible especially in a company that is not product driven. Hiking existing pricing structure and breaking bonds with a lot of trusted clients to increase margins is a childish strategy.

I dont know what is up with lack of promotions and bonuses.
