How are senior leaders perceived at Laundry Service?

Pros

Decent office and location, you'll meet some cool people

Cons

Where to begin...it's an account-led agency with a toxic, bro-like culture and inexperienced leadership. Management micromanages everyone and everything including the creative process with no prior creative experience. They also play favorites which prevents others from having a voice, learning and growing. They put client relationships and their own personal gain before the happiness of their people who they overwork and don't care to get to know. The CEO sits behind a closed door, doesn't say hi to anyone he passes in the hallway (let alone makes eye contact) and most likely can’t tell you who half the people working for him are. The turnover here is on another level compared to industry norm. You won't find many people who have been at this agency for a long time except for management who are the ones driving everyone else away. If you are coming from a respectable agency with good experience, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Advice to Management

There have been far too many complaints made and too many talented people walk out the door. Wasserman please step in. Bring in more experienced management who understands how creative agencies work, can confidently lead and support teams as well as create a positive work place culture and environment.
