Constant turnover - you will meet many people!


This is a toxic / interrupt / date driven workplace culture. They work you like a dog and people quit as a result of burn out. CIO/CTO (Matt Glover/Mike Nielson) force you to provide estimated project dates, then tell you to cut them in half, give you the resulting new date and treat them as deadlines. Ohh and wait to see what happens when you don't deliver on time... You were warned! Stay away.

Advice to Management

Fire your CIO and CTO. Glover and Nielson are not leaders. They are non-technical wannabees that should have never been put in their roles. IT's root problems stem from Matt Glover (in which Mike Nielsen sucks up to and models). Together as a duo, they burn up sooo much company money by making sooo many different type of mistakes. The owners are sleeping at the wheel and can't even comprehend what is going on. I've been in IT for a very long time and I never seen anything like this. Unbelievable!
