Pros
Well they have the basic benefits which I think it’s find and fair enough.
Cons
The management is really really bad. I mean it applies to both artist and non artist. It doesn’t take hard work to reach the top. All you need is to be nice to your supervisor and it’s going to be a smooth sail for you. I really don’t like how they manipulate things or trying some “fancy tricks” on your review. I’ve experienced all the time throughout my 4 years working at LS. I think this applies to that one particular person. I’m in the management team and also not having a good time throughout my years. Imagine to those artist. They’re very talented but most of them burn out their passion due to work stress.
Advice to Management
Please just look forward and always try to improve for the future. Stop blaming others and pinpoint and blame it on your former employees. You yourself need to mirror yourself before criticising others. I wouldn’t want to wish u all the best cause you really affect my mental health. Your way is like so psycho manager trying to control everything. Like i said earlier, improve yourself!

Pros
This is based on my own opinion when working in the office for 3 months internship...read the reviews and think carefully before applying for this job As 3d artist, you'd get: - lots of opportunities to enhance your skills (from looking how senior does) - chill colleagues who could help you. - big triple A title project exposure, such as darksouls, 2k19, Final Fantasy, even The Sims. As Overall, you'd get: - flexible working hours - Free food on pantry every friday (halal for muslim) - medical insurance coverage (limited) - decent working environment
Cons
This is why I put this company in a two star category: - Bad management as the other reviewer mentioned. - Some bad leaders and hr..You could get yelled at and criticized in your evaluation if you don't perform well. - Always OT if you couldn't finish on time.. - office space can be too cold and uncomfortable. also too much visitors coming and could interrupt your work. - Parking is NOT CHEAP there. Rm 11 per day (for long hour work). Sometimes the ticket machine broke and If you park outside it would be risky to get clamped (and pay rm50.) - I didn't dwelve on the politics there but I heard that it's quite dirty. - Lift can be crowded as there too many people going down. (the company is on 11th floor so you either have to endure long stairs or going through crowded elevator) - Majority are chinese..and they are all speaking in their own language which can be segregating to the other non-chinese speaker.
Advice to Management
listen to the worker and please dont be late when others are waiting for interview session.

Pros
-a lot of big name project and get great credit -a lot of different workflow can be learn -can learn a bunch of skill from great people(not the CEO) -some friendly artist -some friendly manager
Cons
-OT too much -well you have to see which art director you are under, some are forcing you to OT and trying to reduce the employee review mark and some director are really appreciate their own artist. (DEPENDS) -There is a few cases where this company does not let employee take MC due to project are super emergency and important than your life. -Project manager, some are friendly but some are not friendly and will never trust own teammate, depends on which manager you have, mostly girl are more trusty -Annual leave system are to complicated and some how have to go through a few more higher up then only they approve Annual leave -Salary wise are unfair, if you are graduated from The One Academy your salary will be higher than other fresh grad, if from other college, your salary mostly below than RM2300 mostly RM2100 which is under the base salary term. Also is hard to get more increment even argued with the CEO. -Contract letter is not contract letter, more too probation letter. -Lastly, what I can say is depends on you whether you want to join or what not because this company can be consider as not bad but still bad, not bad in the way that you can really learn a lot of things and get credit (ONLY FOR FRESH GRADUATE), and also depends on your mindset, there is joy and sad time, but the thing I really admire in this company is I get a lot of great experience from this company

Pros
Good project Good scheduling Good management On time payment
Cons
Animation Industry (work done on time is a must whatever it takes and levels) No room to learn because of strict schedule (and sometimes overlapping) They can replace you easily, so dont hope get a big raise Mid-Senior animator will work hard to push series’ quality because they hire a lot of junior
Advice to Management
Please give a room to learn by adding resources, esp for junior (not only from notes) Please hire mid / senior animator

Pros
I couldn't ask for more. I still got my pay check early as in every 25th/26th or sometimes earlier ever since MCO started last year. I'm really blessed that the industry needs me. Some of the studios I know it's retrenching/restructuring. Being an artist, I got the chance to learn and work on high quality projects and working with bunch of good people around.
Cons
I can't expect people are perfect. Some wanted-to-be management people are not really suitable to be part of the management. Don't know why the management still keeping these people. While from the artist's perspective, some juniors struggled to look for help and rather not to speak out when they are allowed to. Maybe they can't find the right channel?
Advice to Management
Be firm and work for the best to the employees! I know you can do it.

Pros
-friendly collegues, skillful seniors that give very good guide. -nice variety of projects
Cons
-project managers that prioritize big clients over artist, of course they know artist OT to midnights to rush for deadline, but they only praise your hardworking without concerning your mental and physical health. Same thing happens even you switch to new project. they are pretty much the same. Curse the so called "manday system", they quote limited time, and if artist ask for time increasing, they reply with client reject/budget restriction/your fault. - the company motto is fake, it is not "make good art", but "make fast art"(F.art)=.=
Advice to Management
Train your project managers to take good care of artist
