Pros

Free membership, good benefits, most of the people you work with are decent human beings

Cons

It's like being a part of a cult. The CEO doesn't actually mean the things he says when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion as he doesn't want "regular people" in his locations. Many have been witness to his outbursts yelling profanities and name calling his team. Everyone just lies to his face to try to keep him happy and the sad part is that he doesn't know it. There is a lack of career planning and if you make one mistake, the gossip train never stops. You really never feel safe there.

Advice to Management

Do what you say and stick with it. Money will come with the right mindset and a true care for your employees. The employees will work hard to try and get you our of the huge debt your racked up if you actually cared and thought less about what the stock market is doing.

Pros

The people. (the good ones) The membership (however with the horrible work life balance it isn’t always a perk that can be utilized)

Cons

Abusive, sexist, horrible leadership, no growth, multiple sexual harassment situations but HR protects the golden boys, sweeps everything under the rug, promotions refused if you don’t look the part but if you sleep with multiple team members they’ll slide you right into a general manager position.

Advice to Management

Do your job.
