Pros

Nice and positive environment, coworkers are easy to get along with, you see a lot of the same customers, and there were nice perks such as free membership and employee discounts

I worked outside everyday in the hot summer heat in a bistro with no air conditioning for 8 hours straight, easy to say this was not the safest working conditions.

What kind of work are employees expected to do at Life Time?

Pros

It’s a beautiful club compared to others. The sales training in Minnesota can be used to help you progress in sales SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Cons

There’s absolutely no work life balance. You’re treated like a number. Human Resources belittles you if you ever bring them a concern. Your assigned schedule isn’t the schedule you’ll actually work. You’re expected to be on call like a surgeon without them paying you like one. The turnover rate is beyond high.

Advice to Management

Thanks for the training. I’ve used it to become hugely successful somewhere else.
