How is management perceived at Linkology?

Pros

-Great place to gain work experience. -Small enough company where you can make a big impact. -Pay was average to above average. -Linkology has some big named customers in Cincinnati.

Cons

Rami Batshoun was the glue that held Linkology together. Unfortunately when he went to Morocco for a few years, things changed. Management struggled to be consistent. Relied upon a few seasoned technicians to carry the load instead of constantly improving and training new talent. When the Senior Technicians left to pursue other opportunities, they took the knowledge with them leaving a huge void each time. Training was lacking, and growth within the company was non-existent. Although typical characteristics of a small company, Linkology lacked vision to overcome and grow. Hours were long and demanding, often felt like mandatory overtime and the oncall rotation prevented a healthy work-home balance.

Advice to Management

Punt and start over. Get back to the basics. -Build the team -Train the team -Lead the team Make Linkology great again!
