Does Lionbridge offer dental insurance?

Pros

Good Team Good Vision Insurance once you qualify Good Dental insurance once you qualify 401k Flexible-ish hours

Cons

Management ranging from decent to horrible and entrenched. Terrible health insurance Terrible PTO system Terrible hazard pay Terrible pay scaling No raises unless you are promoted Raises do not match the older and superior system.

Advice to Management

Get rid of your terrible managers instead of shuffling them around, pay your higher level technicians appropriately, get better health insurance, offer raises.
