Pros
Staff is overall nice and gets along well.
Cons
No respect for personal time. In turn little to no response from "higher ups" should you need something. Constant schedule changes, your shifts are not guaranteed & you could be dropped with a moments notice if they don't need you, even sent home in some cases. Management does not seem to know what they are doing. CEO is extremely rude & disrespectful to staff. (If you like getting constant texts from the owner talking down to you and treating you like crap, maybe this is the job for you.) CEO is totally money hungry & will make you check in inappropriate cases just so he can charge their insurance knowing full well there is nothing to be done and they will be sent to ER. Then turns on a dime & will point fingers at staff if patients complain.
Advice to Management
CEO should not be involved with staff at all, he clearly is not well suited to this & should leave it to HR.
