What are perks and other benefits like at Lloyd Agencies?

Pros

None. It's horrible. I would not recommend.

Cons

It's a scam. No benefits. You work ridiculous hours. The owner wants to be treated like she's some goddess. You aren't Sabrina. Get a grip. I don't recommend working here. When you go to interview, they give you a certain expectation but end up establishing another. Please stay away.

No benefits.

What is paid time off like at Lloyd Agencies?

Pros

There is a great opportunity to make money here but it's really rare.

Cons

They say you'll work only 6 days a week were your done by Saturday by two. They lie. They expect you to drop everything and give everything to this place when management won't do the same to you. The way they motivate is by threatening and yelling. The hours are very long. If someone does your not even allowed to go to the funeral or take time off it's looked down on.

Advice to Management

Need to do something about management. It's like a boys club there and some of the managers are very rude and should never be running a team

Does Lloyd Agencies offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

The pros of the this job is working from home and they make you take two weeks of classes to get you aquatinted with the software.

Cons

The downside of this jobs is that once you make it through the training you have to wait for your manager to "find" you a sale. The mangers have to take time out of their time to help you and it really seems like an inconvenience to them. No one really tells you how this job works, they give you a call list of truckers that the managers wave down at truck stops which then the call list ends up being a dead end because they never wanted insurance in the first place. This job wasn't what I was promised in the interview. I wouldn't waste my time on it, this is commissioned based job where you have to work ungodly hours in hope to make 1 sale.

Advice to Management

I would change the way everything is structured if people want to work from home get them the list of renewals or business that already work with Lloyd so the remote workers already know that they will be expecting a call and maybe have the training be paid because many people leave their jobs in hope to make really good money at this one and go unpaid for weeks .
