Pros

Teammates are amazing, Management is great, benefits are good and affordable, work from home, you can choose your schedule.

Cons

This company is so disorganized. There are no solutions for customers or employees. Nothing feels worse than telling a customer to call back in 10 days. There are no processes to actually solve problems and the website is the absolute worst.

Advice to Management

Stop hiring people who can't do anything but take payments. Give front end reps some power to correct issues. Please get a we development team that makes a website that works. Stop telling reps to make customers jump through a million tech hoops just to make a mortgage payment.

Pros

Solid pay, Good benefits, great executive engagement (anyone can message the CEO or any Executive directly and they are very likely to respond. Constatly improving training program.

Cons

1. Internal structure and Procedures are an absolute mess (a lot of procedures are designed to be obstructive or obtuse) 2. Training is an absolute tragedy (the only training you get is new employee training and from that point forward you will be offered opportunities with at most a 30min coordination meeting before starting new responsibilities) 3. Basically everything you are expected to do for your job is done the "Hard" rather than the "smart" or even "common sense" way. 4. The performance reviews and bonus structure are actively employee hostile. Quality Control process is designed to fail agents rather than improve performance.

Advice to Management

Train more and better, give agents the ability to actually resolve consumer issues without submitting work orders and remove the 4-6min call time goal that is actually pushed to agents on the floor.
