What are perks and other benefits like at LoanCare?

Pros

Teammates are amazing, Management is great, benefits are good and affordable, work from home, you can choose your schedule.

Cons

This company is so disorganized. There are no solutions for customers or employees. Nothing feels worse than telling a customer to call back in 10 days. There are no processes to actually solve problems and the website is the absolute worst.

Advice to Management

Stop hiring people who can't do anything but take payments. Give front end reps some power to correct issues. Please get a we development team that makes a website that works. Stop telling reps to make customers jump through a million tech hoops just to make a mortgage payment.

What is health insurance like at LoanCare?

Cons

This company has not only let down its customers but also its employees. The trainers and training is just horrible. They are so unorganized its a shame. When I first got to this company they promise the world and now it's just been a nightmare. Every single day you will be stressed out with the policy's and with customers. There vacation and sick time are jokes and the health insurance doesn't pay for anything. This company make their sister company Fidelity look extremely bad. Don't stay in this company get your experience and get as far away as possible. Because the hr department is a even bigger joke they are no help at all worse company I have ever worked for. All of management are white no diverse in upper management at all.

Advice to Management

Get better training/trainers Get a better HR team Become more diverse in upper management Get better insurance Listen to your employees

There vacation and sick time are jokes and the health insurance doesn't pay for anything.

Room for advancement, benefits, guaranteed 40 hours, 401k, lots of room for growth, steady pay

Cons

Sometimes unorganized, under staffed, too much work fir short staff, not competitive pay based on current economy

Please higher more staff, please make the current employees have better raises and pay
