How is management perceived at Lodi Tap House?

Pros

Drink as much as you want on the clock.

Cons

Literally everything else. Zero hand washing stations for servers, cleanliness as a whole is questionable. They're unprepared to provide consistently satisfying customer service. Lied about hours upon hire. Never able to switch shifts. Constantly changing expectations due to poor communication between owners and inconsistent treatment of servers based on favoritism. Lots of heat from current servers upon joining the team. New location is also suffering the same issues, according to a current employee who is looking for new employment. Their system for sending orders to the kitchen is whack to say the least. Don't expect food to come out in any particular order that makes sense. Also, it will look like a hot mess and if there's any issues don't expect management to have your back. Was fired as a scapegoat for bigger issues, as many who came before me. Yeah the money was good, but it was no where near worth the headache. Literally the most stressful job I've even had.

Advice to Management

Quit trying to expand and open a bunch of locations until you can better organize the businesses you're currently running. Recognize that you are nothing without your employees. You couldn't do their job. Give them more respect. Give them hand washing stations. Give them raises and praises for putting up with your shitshow. Such a high turnover rate will only further damage your reputation.

Also, it will look like a hot mess and if there's any issues don't expect management to have your back.

What are co-workers like at Lodi Tap House?

Pros

The food is pretty good. Some staff members are nicer than others.

Cons

Every single person that works here talks about you behind your back. Whether it is your first day here or you’ve been working here for months, you will be talked about or have eyes rolled at you constantly. No one knows how to do their job because no one shows you how to do your job in the first place. Everyone constantly complains about every single thing that happens during the day. Scheduling is another story, because you don't get the hours you are promised, and or you get your schedule last minute before the week starts. Completely unorganized and staff is cliquey!

Everyone constantly complains about every single thing that happens during the day.
