Does Lowe's Home Improvement offer dental insurance?

Decent benefits, good dental and eye

Cons

Used to be a good company to work for. Now they take more and more away and pile on more and more responsibilities. Management, ecpeciaĺly new ceo does not seem to care about employees? No work life balance.

Advice to Management

Please make schedules so emplyees have time and energy left to spend with families. Find a way to commision and or bonus sales specialist.

5 Minute late clock in grace period, You control a lot decisions in your department, Will pay for college tuition, Can transfer job to different states and cities

Cons

Core rules constantly change, no pension or union, hard to transition to Full time, Lazy workers go unpunished, No extra pay for accepted liabilities, No overtime allowed, Varied shift time schedules, bad scheduling

Advice to Management

If they're 3 associates that all prefer different shifts, allow that to happen in order to get the best out of your employee without force.
