Pros

Great benefits included. Paid health insurance including dental and vision. Cool perks like a company-wide retreat in June every year. Small perks like two catered lunches per week and a stocked kitchen. Great office space.

Cons

Internal politics has started to run rancid through the organization as it has grown. Some of the managers are not qualified and are not true leaders but some are as well. The politics started to wear on the culture of the company that was once great. Generally speaking, it seems like they don't pay competitive salaries for the industry.

Advice to Management

Start hiring more diverse people as that seemed to take a back seat priority. Without this, your culture will continue to decline.

Small perks like two catered lunches per week and a stocked kitchen.

Pros

- Tremendous executive leadership - Fun product to sell - Great office culture in EMEA - Very few "tech bros" in the company. Professional but relaxed culture. - Good pay

Cons

- Sometimes lack transparency around decisions being made - Decent benefits package, but average-at-best compared to other tech companies of similar size.

Advice to Management

Be a bit more transparent around decisions being made, and reasoning behind it. There's a tendency for management to hold cards very tight to their chest, which ends up slowing down front-line workers, or cause confusion and miscommunication.

Decent benefits package, but average

Pros

Really capable of growth and great people there. Good benefits and good work/life balance.

Cons

Really political. If you're not hyping up Women in Sales or not consistently drinking the kool-aid and kissing up then it's just an awkward experience.

Good benefits and good work/life balance.
