Pros

After my return from abroad (studies and career development), this was the company I chose to continue my development and try out how things are in Bulgaria. In general, I can say that my choice was the right one, as this is international company, where I got the opportunity to work within interesting projects (finance area) and with company's help started feeling that I am at home. For more than 4 years (3 projects), Luxoft BG was correct to me and here I met many nice and smart colleagues. Overall: Salary: depends on project and knowledge, but generally above average for Sofia. Benefits: 25 days off, multisport card, food vouchers, additional health insurance and in some cases home office opportunity Workload: I have no complaints, it still depends on the project, but as far as I've heard from others, it's not like you have to stay after work hours Colleagues: as I mentioned earlier, with such colleagues, one can only win. This is my opinion about all the projects I have been in and also for my communication with the people working within the administration.

Cons

I think there is a bit more work to be done here to win new clients or diversify projects so that there is more choice if one chooses to change the field or technology.

Advice to Management

Win some new clients and distribute projects equally along the countries, especially for Bulgaria

Pros

I am very pleased with the work as a junior programmer in the Kiev office of Luxoft! All projects and teams are different, but my experience is positive. I started working as an intern, after 4 months I became a junior programmer. I note the main goodies: 1. Internship at Luxoft is a great opportunity to start a career in IT (paid internship). 2. Luxoft offers a huge number of trainings and online courses. 3. Good health insurance, partly paid English courses, transportation to the subway.

Cons

So far, there have been no problems. All good.

Advice to Management

Pros

Good health insurance. Cares about your taxes (in some cases).

Cons

Management can be ridiculously greedy, don't value their employees. But depends on the project I guess. Old offices and peripherals.

Good health insurance.
