I had a wonderful time spent there. I learned so many new things and tools there. The majority of managers showed me great leadership examples with few exceptions. The working atmosphere is more than great, respectful toward employees, tech oriented
Some middle-level managers weren't ready for lead roles which created some issues in team management.

1. Hiring process was fast 2. Having a second interview with client as soon as you got approval from the internal interview, this avoid the situation in which no project is found for you after you join so it was safe. 3. I think it would be a good place for junior or fresh graduate
1. Lower than average salary 2. If the project is finished you have to leave. the chance of joining a new project is low as there are not much option. 3. If you are at client site you may not see the manager. Once per year a short call and a visit at exit interview 4. There is a competition between HR members to handover your task to another one so do not expect much from the HR. The support you may receive is mainly info about something that you can find over internet even sometimes the team provide misleading info cause you extra time and effort. 5. Dont expect the feeling of belonging here. 6. Sales and advertisement are obviously more important to senior managers. 7. The direct manager is usually young and has lack of empathy and soft skills.
Its difficult to propose as the big picture is hided. Maybe there is a way to reduce the turnover by training those who are mostly dealing with people matters instead of hiring more to compensate the situation.

Access to openings and opportunities into large corporations that may not otherwise hire in your local area. Software development-focused culture. Great growth opportunities into leadership roles in client corporations. Good working conditions.
Limited company business model and limited career opportunities within.

Not much good currently about the company. Benefits are above average, however.
Losing projects, no faith in employees, poor leadership.
Trust your people.
