What kind of career opportunities exist at Luxoft?

Pros

Mostly gone now, but interesting technology

Cons

I have to say I work for Luxoft a DXC company - I am ashamed and concerned that DXC has such a poor industry reputation No hope for advancement

Advice to Management

It's too late, the deal is done. Congregations on the 2 billion USD Walk away!

Pros

Great internal Mentoring Programme, Internal Mobility/Relocation Programme, and growth opportunities.

Cons

Like any consultancy workload gets really crazy at times

Why do Luxoft employees quit?

Pros

- Stable processes - English classes

Cons

- They need you only during the project - During bench time didn't get feedback from interviews - After one month on the bench dismissal by agreement of the parties without any compensation

How are promotions handled at Luxoft?

Pros

Compensation, above the market average. Mostly no need for overtime. Friendly faces in the office. Training opportunities not much for senior Cons. But, there is an intensive graduates training program.

Promotions are very limited. Tough to get.

What is the feeling of job security at Luxoft?

Pros

Good coffee and occasionally Pizza, fruits etc apart from these nothing good in this company.

Cons

-There is no value of resources. -IM program is bluff. - No value of talent. - Baised Environment. - No appraisal and hike -More than 20% Attrition. - no job security.

Advice to Management

You need to think seriously, there are so many mischievous, false promises and mismanagement. There is no value of resources who are working hard.
