Wast amount of interesting project. I work in Berlin office, which is focused on clients in Automotive business and I found it great. We work with HW and SW that will hit the market tommorrow, we have access to early prototypes and platforms that ppl will see in vehicles next year or even in two years.

I wish they would have better coffee. No free food in the office. It is a huge company.. not always easy to find the right person among to support you and process might seem heavy and slower than usual from the beginning

Please extend feedback culture and listen for the feedback of team members more often

Young teams, relatively good salaries, nice office places, flexible work schedule and work from home (option according to position).

The employment/interviews can take longer than expected. You can have luck and get hired in a month or you can wait more than an year to be accepted after several interviews.
