No raises in my department; training is laughable as none of the programs required were available to train on; management does not care about said issues; the supervisors pick favorites and hold grudges.

Does MGM Resorts International offer family leave?

Good place to start at the ground and work your way up. Lots of local mobility in Vegas to move throughout the properties.

Cons

Limited professional level diversity, mostly white male leaders. Noncompetitive compensation. Poor family benefits and limited maternity leave.

Advice to Management

Find more qualified women leaders, and don't just promote people because they've been there for a long time.
