What are working conditions like at Mahindra CIE?

Only Pro is salary is on time.

Cons

Once there was good leader who was neutral, turned around the Foundry from loss making to Profit making. Made good culture & safe working environment. That good leader knows employee condition, and shifted his office to plant and improved the operating conditions. He use to spend 10 hours in factory while asking all to go home on time. Those leader left in 2017 end and in one year all those good environment were completely spoiled now. Highly corrupt organisation. Decision makers take bribe and favour poor quality matrial. Working culture is bad. Only if you praise the boss you get promoted. No value for performance. Performance pay is complete cheating. Targets are always high and you will never get more than 60% of performance pay. Also if you leave job before getting perf pay, you wont get it. Average increment is 6to7% . "YesBoss" high performers get 8to 9%. Highly dirty atmosphere. If you wear white shirt, and visit the factory for one hour, the shirt will become black. When raining, the plant is flooded with water, from all over.

Advice to Management

Do not make money by cheating the employees salary and performance pay. Pay what is committed in appointment order. If an emploee worked for sixmonths then he is eligible for six months performance pay. The curse of old employees will never allow this company to improve. And current leaders are cheats

That good leader knows employee condition, and shifted his office to plant and improved the operating conditions.
